Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

When an order is received, it is processed within 2 days and shipped from Brooklyn, New York.  The buyer will receive an email with a tracking number plus a confirmation that the merchandise was sent.

All items will be shipped via USPS or FedEx.

  1. Domestic Shipping: There is free shipping of all merchandise within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).  If the purchase is $1000 or greater, we will send by FedEx.  If the purchase is $999 or less, we will send by USPS priority mail.  Smaller packages will be sent by First Class Mail.
  2. International Shipping: The cost of shipping outside the USA is the buyer’s responsibility.  Items can be sent either by FedEx or USPS, depending on the wishes of the buyer.

All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.       The customs declaration form will reflect the purchase price of             the item(s).

 

RETURNS

A  return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item(s).  We accept both domestic and international returns.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The refund issued will be the cost of the item(s).  To initiate a refund, you must contact us at contact@JS-Rugs.com before your return your item and inform us that you wish to make a return.  If this is not done, we will not accept the return.

To issue a refund, we must be in possession of the item(s) and

the item(s) must be in the original condition with no stains, rips or other type of damage.  We are unable to accept any item that is not in the original condition and is damaged in any way.
